IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendant, Michelin North America, Inc., is in contempt for its wilful failure to comply with the Court’s Amended Order;
IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant, Michelin North America, Inc., shall pay to Plaintiff $3,000.00 for costs and fees as a result of the afore-referenced contempt;
IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant, Michelin North America, Inc., must produce to Plaintiff all deposition and trial transcripts of past or present Michelin personnel in cases of bead failure during the mounting process.
